Baby and Child Store permits returns within 14 days, provided products are new, unused, and in original packaging. Returns must be requested by replying to the order confirmation email, as detailed on the return page. Change-of-mind returns are customer's responsibility, accompanied by applicable fees. Assembled self-assembly items and specific hygiene products are non-returnable. Faulty items may be returned within 30 days.
