Customers unsatisfied with their purchase from Classic British Spares have a 14-day window to return items, provided they remain in the same condition as when received. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to Classic British Spares's error. Certain items such as new old stock, carburetors, electrical parts, apparel, lubricants, and used parts are ineligible for return unless defective.
