Doll Beauty Return Policy

Doll Beauty allows customers to return or exchange items within 14 days from delivery, provided they are unused and seals are intact. For damaged or faulty items, notification must occur within 7 days. All returns should include a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and if approved, the credit is processed to the original payment method. Handmade items like lashes may have minor differences, which are not considered faults. Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged goods.
