Mauvais prioritizes customer satisfaction, offering straightforward exchanges or refunds. Customers can return garments unworn, in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt for either an incorrect size or if the purchase is unsuitable. The extended Christmas returns policy allows for returns until January 5th, 2024, for items bought from November 13th onwards. Faulty items must be returned within 45 days. Refunds are processed within 14 working days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
