Mountain Equipment Return Policy

At Mountain Equipment, customers are assured of satisfaction with their purchases. If a product does not meet expectations in terms of fit, color, or approval from a partner, it can be returned for an exchange or refund. This policy is valid within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided that the item complies with the conditions outlined in the Exchange and Refund section on the return page. The store facilitates one free return per order. Any additional returns are accepted but at the customer's expense for postage.
