Solaris Return Policy

Solaris has a structured return policy that requires all returns to be pre-approved by the support staff. Items must be returned within 7 days after delivery, undamaged, complete, and in sellable condition. New items must remain factory sealed. A 15% return fee, with a minimum of $10.00, is applicable, and customers bear the return costs. Returns must be sent via registered mail and include the original packaging and a print-out of the invoice. Manufacturing flaws are addressed on a case-by-case basis, with potential manufacturer contact for resolution.
