YesWelder Return Policy

At YesWelder, customers can return items within a specific period, depending on the reason for the return. For standard returns, items must be returned within seven calendar days of receipt, provided defects are proven through photo or video evidence. For longer evaluation, the show-cause policy allows returns within 30 calendar days with justified reasons for not identifying defects sooner. No cause returns are also accepted within 30 days, with customers covering return shipping. Refunds and exchanges are processed after inspection, subject to terms and conditions.
